Booking & Payment

FOR ALL PORTRAIT SESSIONS; a non refundable session retainer is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. However the fee can be credited towards a future session upon the photographers approval. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session. All sessions and cost of packages can be paid via cash, check, Venmo or PayPal. If a client pays by check the check must clear and any uncleared check will have an additional charge of $35 to cover bank fees. The remainder at this time must be paid. 

Weddings & Events

Specific wedding/event contract will be sent, signed, and agreed upon before booking. If for any reason the client cancels before the date the retainer fee paid to hold the date, the photographer will keep the payment. Cancellation must be sent in writing, mail, or email. If the date is changed I will do my best to accommodate and no fee will be charged as long as the new date is available within five moths of the original event date.  

Responsibilities

If for any reason Julie Meredith Photography cannot perform their responsibility due to fire, other casualty, strike, act of God or other act beyond the control of the parties, or do to Photographer's illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This limitation of liability shall also apply with respect to the contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost of damaged without fault on the Photographer. 

All images captured (Still or Moving) are bound by the Federal Copyright act and copyright remains with Julie Meredith Photography unless transferred specifically with a written addendum to this document, signed and agreed upon by all parties. 

Photographs posted online in any form including but not limited to the following: Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest, Twitter, and any other forms of social media of today and in the future are allowed to be posted online but must have photographer credit given in the description. i.e. Photograph(s) taken by Julie Meredith Photography. 

At no time can any third party duplicate images without the permission of Julie Meredith Photography.
